Roma

Rom is a character from Star Trek Deep Space Nine. He is a Ferengi engineer and Quark's brother, the Promenade's bartender, and Nog's son. He is very intelligent and competent in what he does but rather withdrawn and not always in accordance with Ferengi precepts.
